Processing time

All orders are handmade and carefully packed by us. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

United Kingdom Standard shipping: 6–12 business days

Europe Standard shipping: 6–12 business days

United States & Canada Standard shipping: 6–12 business days

Rest of world Standard shipping: 6–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or busy periods such as holidays.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £40.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch confirmation.

Customs and import duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Damaged or lost orders

We pack every order with great care, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at flowmistshop@outlook.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will do our best to resolve it quickly.

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please get in touch and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
